  • Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Processing begins once payment is verified.
  • TIGOLDLUX reserves the right to cancel or reject orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock availability.

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship both within United Kingdom and internationally.
  • Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
  • TIGOLDLUX is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

🔁 4. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (minus shipping, where applicable) once the returned item is received and approved.
  • For international returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
