Do we ship worldwide?
Yes, we proudly deliver globally — from London to Dubai, New York etc. Your style knows no borders, and neither do we.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • During busier periods (e.g., Eid, Ramadan, sales), dispatch may take up to 72 hours — but we promise to keep you informed every step of the way.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping fees may vary depending on weight and number of items. Final rate will be shown at checkout.

🚚 Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable couriers including DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail, to ensure secure, trackable deliveries.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
  • Couriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes and may require a signature.
  • If you are unavailable at delivery, you’ll receive instructions to reschedule.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love every item you wear. But if for any reason something isn’t quite right, we make returns as easy as possible.

🔁 Return Policy

  1. You may return non-sale items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed
    • With all tags intact
    • In original packaging

Returns that show signs of wear, scent (e.g. perfume), or makeup stains will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

🛍️ Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
  • If unsure, feel free to ask questions before purchase — we’re happy to guide you.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Hijabs
  • Inner caps
  • Hijab magnets
  • Bodysuits or undergarment sets

💸 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked and signed delivery method.
  • For international returns, clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any customs duties billed to TIGOLDLUX will result in your parcel being returned to sender.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds (for eligible items) will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days of return approval.
  • If your original shipping was waived under a free-shipping promotion, that cost will be deducted from your refund if your updated total falls below the promotion threshold.
