🔄 Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

✅ Eligible Return Conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • Return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Return is made within 7 days after approval

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and returned to the sender.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hijabs
  • Hijab caps / inner caps
  • Undergarments or bodysuits
  • Hijab magnets and accessories
  • Items marked “final sale” or purchased during flash sales

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank

Refunds will exclude the original shipping fee (if any).
If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned partially, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund if the revised total falls below the free-shipping threshold.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange for eligible items instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the same product style
  • Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded

🚚 Return Shipping

  • The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed delivery service
  • For international returns, clearly label the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees

TIGOLDLUX is not liable for return parcels lost in transit or customs delays.

  3. Package the item securely and send it using a tracked service
  4. Receive your refund or exchange once return is verified
